TAPEnSER is a Division (DBA) of BONBIEN, INC. A Texas Corporation. Our products are invented, designed in the USA, and manufactured in Taiwan for the best possible quality. Another product under design/development is the new Improved Gate Latch which should be available within 2024.
Shipping Policy
Currently, we sell and ship only to customers in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.A. The cost of shipping is indicated on the checkout form on our website, Walmart.com & Ebay.com
For any purchase outside of the lower 48 states, please email us. We reserve the right not to sell/ship to certain countries.

BONBIEN company does not offer any affiliate program to any company at this time, especially any company outside of the USA.
Be aware of Scams and Scammers
Currently, there’s an online store in Russia selling our TAPEnSER for half of our price when it does not even have any TAPEnSER to sell. Don’t fall for SCAMS and SCAMMERS.
Privacy
We retain your purchase information, such as your name, email, address, and purchase quantity for our tax record. We do not sell or give your information to anyone, company, or organization.
Terms
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase that is suspicious of a fraudulent scheme or spam via text, email, or phone call suggesting/requesting us to send the product(s) to a different address than when you made the purchase. We send out the item(s) after the payment is received.
Return Policy
BONBIEN stands behind the quality of our TAPEnSER and the best customer experience possible. Any TAPEnSER with obvious manufacturer defects is always eligible for return.
You may return the TAPEnSER for any reason within 30 days from out ship-out date; however, it must be in its original condition, unused, with the Retail Packaging attached and un-torn to receive a full refund. If the item(s) is damaged during shipping, you must take a picture of the TAPEnSER with its damaged shipping box; then, email us at TAPEnSER@gmail.com to get a Return Authorization. Unfortunately, we do not provide free return shipping labels.
If you plan to return the product, please email us the reason for the return, and attach some photos of damages probably due to shipping, etc., we would gladly try to solve the problem mutually via email. If the 30 days from the date we shipped out the item(s), we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Warranty
BONBIEN carries a 6-month Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship with dated proof of purchase, from the date of shipment. This warranty applies only to the original owner and covers only factory defects. You will void the warranty if you break the product (i.e. throwing, dropping), structurally alter it, damage it due to abnormal usage, or subject it to extreme heat which might cause the product to become distorted, fragile/brittle, and broken. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to your negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, improper placement, or alteration. Our TAPEnSER is made from ABS plastic, capable of withstanding temperatures from -4*F up to 176*F (-20*C – 80*C), but not prolonged in such extremity of the heat.
Please, take proper care of your TAPEnSER to ensure longevity and functionality.
If you experience a factory defect within 30 days from the date we shipped out the product, please email us a photo of the defective item, and we will be happy to assist you via our email TAPEnSER@gmail.com further
