About the company
TAPEnSER is a Division (DBA) of BONBIEN, INC. A Texas Corporation. Our products are invented, designed in the USA, and manufactured in Taiwan for the best possible quality. TAPEnSER is an ideal hand masking tape dispenser for painters, remodeling contractors, hardwood floor installers, etc. It is also for use at school, office, or home. Another product under design/development is the new Improved Gate Latch which should be available online soon.
Shipping Policy
We sell and ship only to customers in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.A. The cost of shipping is indicated on our websites bonbien.com, tapenser.com, and our authorized sellers: Amazon.com, eBay.com, Walmart.com, and TikTok.
We reserve the right not to sell to any buyer with an address and expect us to ship to a different address; nor we accept any return from the buyer who did not buy directly from our websites or from well-known online retailers such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
Occasionally we sell to customers in other countries who contact us directly. We reserve the right not to sell/ship to certain countries. Please email us if you are interested.

BONBIEN company does not offer any affiliate program to any company at this time, especially any company outside of the USA.
Be aware of Scams and Scammers!
Currently, there are online stores in Russia and Brazil selling our TAPEnSER for half of our price when they don’t even have any TAPEnSER to sell. Don’t fall for SCAMS and SCAMMERS.
Privacy
We retain your purchase information, such as your name, email, address, and purchase quantity for our tax record. We do not sell or give your information to anyone, company, or organization.
Terms
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase suspicious of a fraudulent scheme or spam via text, email, or phone call suggesting/requesting us to send the product(s) to a different address from when you made the purchase. We send out the item(s) after the payment is received.
Return Policy
BONBIEN stands behind the quality of our TAPEnSER and the best customer experience possible. We visually inspect our products when we send them out. Any TAPEnSER with obvious manufacturer defects is always eligible for return.
You may return the TAPEnSER for any reason within 30 days from our ship-out date if you bought in the quantity of 2 or less; however, if you purchased more than 2 items, they must be in their original condition, unused, with the Retail Packaging attached and un-torn to receive a full refund. If the item(s) is damaged during shipping, you must take a picture of the TAPEnSER with its damaged shipping box; then, email us at BONBIEN@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization in order to obtain free return shipping labels.
If you plan to return the product, please email us the reason for the return, and attach some photos of damage, probably due to shipping, etc., and we will gladly try to solve the problem mutually via email. If the 30 days from the date we shipped out the item(s) have passed, we will not accept the return or offer you a refund or exchange.

Warranty
BONBIEN carries a 6-month Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship with dated proof of purchase, from the date of shipment. This warranty applies only to the original owner and covers only factory defects. You will void the warranty if you break the product (i.e. throwing, dropping), structurally alter it, damage it due to abnormal usage, or subject it to extreme heat which might cause the product to become distorted, fragile/brittle, and broken. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to your negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, improper placement, or alteration. Our TAPEnSER is made from ABS plastic, capable of withstanding temperatures from -4*F up to 176*F (-20*C – 80*C), but not prolonged in such extremity of the heat.
Please, take proper care of your TAPEnSER to ensure longevity and functionality.
